Who we are
Xaad Kil Language Community Platform ("LCP", "we", "us") is operated by Future Ancestors Alliance, a non‑profit entity dedicated to the preservation and teaching of Indigenous languages. We provide a cloud‑based service that lets members upload, annotate, share and study audio and text resources.
What we collect
1. Name, email, sign‑in provider (Microsoft Entra External ID, Google, Facebook), organisation code
2. Audio files, transcripts, speaker name, age, dialect, gender, location, orthography, quality flags.
3. Owner‑defined permissions (stream, download, request), audit trail of grants & revocations
4. Audit logs, pages visited, API calls, device & browser metadata
How we use your data

Operate and secure the platform (auth, RBAC, storage, audit).

Provide learning features such as lesson progress, search and playback.

Display or share recordings only according to the owner’s consent settings.
